Well-appointed and beautifully decorated rooms, really enjoyable stay during our two and a half week vacation: )

Rooms vary in size, with some being on the smaller side. A faulty door latch caused issues . The cleanliness in some areas left room for improvement, including dated decor in the bathroom and worn grouting in the shower.

Excellent warm welcome from the staff. they were very nice and helpful to make the trip a memorable one and attended to each and every issue we had. its located in city centre and easily accessible.
the hotel is a bit old and need to be refurbished. the room had a smell of moisture as if it was not well aerated. The staff tried their best to remove the smell, but it didnt go.The rooms are too tight for 2 people to stay. The rest was ok.

Location just in front of a tram and near the train station , electric kettle in the room are good points and it's clean I guess. But I hated this hotel , I don't know how they can have 3 stars and definately not worth the price, I've stayed at better hotels without any stars. Just by putting a couple of soaps and a kettle in a room it doesn't become good. Weird stairs, with no proper lighting , no air conditioning cupboard sized shower and toilet. Had a backache from the mattress. The price shouldn't have been more than 40-50 euros for the standard.
Even from the outside it looks like it needs to be redone. When I arrived I had to climb a flight of stairs where the whole foot doesn't fit and I was afraid to fall at every step, and I if you have luggage you can just forget it. No lift. The light in the staris has a timer and the light turns off in the middle of the staircase, you can't see the turn at the top. Even after alot of waving light didn't turn on. There's only a particular corner of the corridor where a movement alows you to turn it on then u better run to your door while u have the time. There was no air conditioning , you have one cupboard with the tv , another cupboard sized room containing a shower and a third cupboard that they've transformed to a tilot , no proper bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the city's vibrant atmosphere.
The parking situation was confusing, as it was detached from the hotel and did not feel ideal after a long journey.

Perfect hotel, I liked varied breakfast!
everything was very good, excellent service, unbeatable location next to large gardens, cathedral and the train station, which was an easy walk with wheeled luggage. the dining area served a great selection of meals for breakfast.

The hotel is just beside the Ancient Roman Site - the Porte Mars. My room has a nice view of the Porte. The room is clean and tidy with hot water kettle and free coffee and tea. Also the room has air conditioner. The hotel has free wifi access and the speed is very good.
The only thing is that I do not have tv set in my room which is not the same as the description on booking.

Spacious room for France, very friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast and very clean. Also, despite the location the room was very quiet due to the double pane windows. Central enough to explore the city by foot.
Location wasn't the greatest (its on a busy intersection) but was completely tolerable...a minor minus.
